Nice app, and its free, u cant go wrong with that?

When it first opens, it asks for your location, then it goes and checks the data from some weather site and submits that back to you. A great way to get u to see their ads. But preloaded on my iPod is a weather app without ads that does that same thing.

Its hilarious that many reviewers are complaining that the app doesnt give you the inside temp. Well of course it doesnt, its technically impossible for an app to do that unless the iPhone comes with liquid mercury inside, which is what all thermometers need to detect the current temp. People should however give this app one star because its completely unnessecary since you can get the current outside temp in your city by clicking the weather icon on your iPhones home screen which is something that comes by default. Plus that inbuilt app also shows a five day forecast and the daily highs and lows in addition to the current temp and has no ads. So whats the point of using this?

This ones a so-so app. Personally I would prefer carrying an actual thermometer with me; at least it wont show stupid annoying ads in it!!!

Yeah it didnt even open an once i re downloaded it it opened and then couldnt find my location even tho i had full wifi connection. At least it was free.

It works very well! Shows the actual outside temperature in a different locations in the world. I recommend this download.

It is ten decrease to low. But its closer then the weather app that comes with your iPod.

@tk-123 FYI digital thermometers do not have mercury in them

Doesnt display both F and C in the black and white theme which is useful in a mostly non metric country like the USA. Nature theme shows both. Otherwise works fine and seems reasonably accurate.

This "@Thermometer" app is a strange one, but the reviewers are even stranger! The app works fine on my iPad, except for one critical problem: it gives a different temperature every time I open it. First 10 degrees too low. Then moments later, about 4 degrees too low. Then 3 degrees. No other thermometer app that Ive tried has this problem. I have a message to all those who complain that this doesnt sense the ambient temperature, that it just reports it from weather stations: please dont expect software to perform what the hardware doesnt support. Apple hasnt incorporated an ambient temperature sensor in their devices. Yet. And to the reviewer who complained about this needing an Internet connection: how do you think it can communicate with the weather stations? I suppose it could use radio signals... Hmm... :)) Overall, this would be an acceptable app, if it actually gave the correct current temperature, every time. So far, it has failed 100% of the time, for me. Thus, 1 lonely star.

Ive had this app on my iPhone for quite awhile, at least a couple of years, and Id use it daily. But after this latest update, they went CRAZY with the ads, and want 2.99 to disable them. I dont think so, DELETED! Its too bad

It doesnt work. Ads load fine though.

Searching for temperature without resault!!!

Ive had this app for years and it was fantastic but after this latest update its a worthless piece of crap. Its going in the trash because I refuse to pay them 3 bucks now that they pulled this fast one on us.
